About
Who we are and where the numbers come from
YerevanEstate is independent analytics of the Yerevan apartment market. Made in Yerevan, updated weekly, with the method behind every number shown on the site.
Who makes it
The project is run by Erik Budanov, founder of DigiDog (Yerevan). Data has been collected since Nov 2024. The site does not sell apartments and takes no money from agencies for placement: the numbers are the same for everyone.
Where the data comes from
- Sale and rent listings for Yerevan apartments — collected every week and normalised: district, building type, new build or secondary, renovation, area.
- Government deal data — the number of apartment deals by district and month, without prices.
- OpenStreetMap — building coordinates, metro, schools, shops and parks nearby.
How often we update
Listings are collected weekly; district statistics are recomputed after each collection. Last recomputation: 31 Oct 2026. Every page states which month its numbers cover.
How to cite
"According to YerevanEstate, Aug 2026" with a link to the page. The numbers are free to use (CC BY 4.0). For articles and research there is a public JSON API and an MCP server.

What these numbers do not show
These are asking prices in listings, not sale prices: real deals usually close lower. We do not assess the condition of a specific apartment and do not give deal advice.
